- The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, but is exclusive of applicable state tax, local tax, and service charge. Pennsylvania state tax is currently 6%, local occupancy tax is currently 3%, and service charge is currently 18%. Tax and service charge are subject to change without notice.
- The Group Rate is based upon the European Plan with no meals included.
- Internet Rate Offers: From time to time, Skytop Lodge will run discounted internet room rate offers. These offers are qualified by several factors that could include limited inventory, pre-purchase and/or non-cancellation restrictions. These offers are not applicable to group blocks, and are not available for cancellation and rebooking.
- Rate Extension: The Group Rate shall be offered for a period of three (3) days before and three (3) days after the Meeting Dates subject to the availability of rooms and availability of rate at the time of reservation to accommodate those who wish to extend their visits.
